Data We Collect

Through our booking request form we collect: full name, email address, phone number, and information about your pet (name, breed and age). No payments are processed on this website.

During your dog’s stay we may send photographs via WhatsApp or email. These images are shared exclusively with the owner of the service and are not published on any platform without express consent.

Purpose and Legal Basis

• Managing your booking request and communicating with you — legal basis: performance of a contract
• Sending the daily photo report during the stay — legal basis: performance of a contract
• Responding to enquiries — legal basis: legitimate interest / consent

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship and, where applicable, for the period required by applicable legal obligations.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or with service providers strictly necessary for the delivery of our service, who act as data processors under a confidentiality agreement.

For communications management we use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which acts as a data processor under its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by emailing marbelladogclub@gmail.com with a copy of your ID document.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

International Transfers

As a general rule, no international data transfers are carried out. WhatsApp may involve transfers to Meta servers outside the European Economic Area, covered by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
